Energy/Aerospace/Engineering/Marine/Defense/Power/International experience Our client are a blue chip organization looking for dynamic recruitment professionals to work for them on a contract basis for circa 6 months (exact duration tbc). Start date – ASAP Location – Derby, East Midlands (with some travel to other sites) Skills required: Solid full cycle recruitment experience Experience of energy/engineering/aerospace industry (preferable or similar industry) Strong relationship and influencing skills at a senior level Experience of recruiting successfully in niche skill areas Demonstrable experience of creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies Delivery and performance focused Experience of creating and implementing successful resourcing strategies Networker Consultative
In addition we are looking for recruiters with the same background who also have international experience and have recruited across geographies. They will need to have proven experience of sourcing niche skills internationally. This person will have ideally recruited in the following locations or could recruit and develop pipelines for the following areas: l Angola l Azerbaijan l Czech Republic l Israel l Kazakhstan l Morocco l Nigeria l Qatar l Russia l Slovakia l Turkey as well as new markets i.e. Yemen Iraq.
