Reporting to the Regional Group Manager you will have responsibility for the management of customer operations in Africa, with a particular focus on Nigeria and the sub-Sahara region. Assisting in contract reviews and technical bid preparation you will identify customer needs and determine relevant operational solutions that fit with the technical sales strategy. Key tasks are to establish business process operations within customer sites and develop operating procedures that ensure key performance measures are in line with Service Level Agreements. Paramount is the ability to maintain data integrity through regular IT system and business process audits, whilst at the same time ensuring compliance with best practice to manage risks. A key element of the role will be the provision of customer relationship management for business development and technical support during the life of the business services contract.
Of graduate calibre, you will possess a successful track record in operations management, with specific business process improvement expertise gained within the IT services or telecoms solutions delivery B2B environment. Commercially adept and with strong negotiation skills you will demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple international projects and maintain best practice and overall control of financial and operational deliverables. With a passion for delivering results, and experience in exceeding the expectations of high level B2B clients, your adaptable style and high level of resilience will mark you out as a natural choice to lead high profile and lucrative projects.
